Multiple new cases of Zika are confirmed in Kansas, bringing the total number of cases in the state to 16.

The Kansas Department of Health and Environment says all of these cases are travel-relate, meaning no one caught the virus in Kansas.

The regional breakdown in the state shows most of the cases coming from the northeast. In south central Kansas, there have been three cases.
