Pampers pledges to install 5,000 baby changing stations in men's restrooms across U.S.

CNN As part of an effort to catch up with the responsibilities of modern fathers. Pampers announced an initiative to install 5,000 changing tables in men's restrooms across the United States and Canada.

CNN reports the announcement comes with a new ad campaign in which Pampers encourages fathers to share moments they bonded with their child during a diaper change.

CNN reports changing table company Koala Kare also says it'll start providing more tables in "high-need locations" first in cities including Cincinnati, Dallas and Detroit.

The initiative went viral last October when a man in Jacksonville, Fla. posted a picture of himself squatting against a wall, using his legs as a makeshift changing table for his 1-year-old son.
