The poll with a 3.7-percent margin of error shows six percent were undecided.
According to the same poll, in a two-way race between Kelly and Kobach, Kelly holds about a four-point lead while eight percent are undecided.
The midterm election that could shift power in Washington, D.C. and will determine Kansas' next governor is set for Nov. 6.
