Towne West Square Mall has been put on the market. According to a report in Commercial Real Estate Direct, the mall has had financial difficulties since Sears left three years ago.
A portion of the old Sears was taken over by Convergys Corp..
The 448,760 square-foot regional mall was built in 1980, and went through renovations in 1993.
The largest retailer in the mall is Dick's Sporting Goods, which takes up more than ten percent of the mall's rentable area.
