Chief Meteorologist Ross Janssen says another cold front will slide through the area into the night, bringing a chance for some evening showers and storms. They should be gone by early Wednesday morning.

More cool weather is due into Kansas for Wednesday. Low temperatures will be in the 50s with highs in the 70s. The winds will be gusty from the north, but should be going down late in the day.

It will be quite cool again Thursday morning with lows in the 40s and 50s. A few spotty showers may develop in western Kansas during the afternoon, but for most of the state, the next highest rain chances show up Friday night.
