Chief Meteorologist Ross Janssen says that it won't be as cold to finish out of the week, but temperatures will still be chilly.

Thursday will start out with some clouds passing through Kansas. Lows will be down in the teens with light winds. During the afternoon, expect the clouds to move out with highs ranging from the mid 30s in eastern Kansas to mid 40s throughout the west.

Another front will be in Kansas on Friday, but temperatures will still be in the 40s. A storm system approaching for the weekend will bring more clouds to the area Saturday, but chances for spotty rain showers will hold off until Sunday. Best chances will be in eastern Kansas with some areas getting up to .25" of rain.
