Viral video of teens attacking homeless man

The Bakersfield Police Department is investigating assaults captured on video that has gone viral on social media.

The viral videos show local Bakersfield teenagers throwing a crate at the head of a homeless man.

You can hear the teen holding the video spurring on the others to hurt the defenseless man.

Two other videos show the group in what looks to be an attack on another teenager.

At least one of the teenagers was identified by sources as a Sentinel student.

The Kern High School District became aware of the videos and are working with the police to investigate.

Both reframed from identifying the teens.
