Chief Meteorologist Ross Janssen says that temperatures will go up a bit into the weekend, but nothing that looks unusual for Kansas in July.
Drier air will still be around overnight with lows in the 60s. Skies will be clear and we should have a mainly sunny day Friday. Highs will be back in the mid 90s across western Kansas, but farther east, look for highs near 90.
Saturday and Sunday will be mainly sunny with highs around 90 both days.
