Wichita State appealing to make Allen eligible this season

Wichita State will appeal to the NCAA to allow Teddy Allen to play immediately via a hardship waiver.
They will appeal that his support system is in Omaha, NE - which is a lot closer to Wichita than Morgantown, WV.
He lost his mother to cancer the spring he signed with WVU.
