WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) A homecoming celebration was held for double-gold-medalist Deja Young Tuesday morning.
Young is scheduled to arrived in Wichita around 10:50 a.m. at the Dwight D. Eisenhower National Airport. She was coming home from the 2016 Paralympics in Rio.
Young was greeted by Wichita State cheerleaders, WUShock and various student-athletes.
Young brought home medals in the 100 meter and 200 meter races.
