Chiefs get another shot to play in Mexico next season

The Kansas City Chiefs hosted the Green Bay Packers on August 30, 2017 at Arrowhead Stadium. The Chiefs defeated the Packers 33 - 21.

The NFL Monday released its International Schedule for the 2019 season. It includes Kansas City playing in Mexico.

After poor field conditions canceled this season's trip south of the border to face the Rams, the two teams played in Los Angeles, moving the game from a neutral, international site to a Chiefs' road game.

Kansas City gets another shot to make the trip. In 2019, the Chiefs will play their AFC West division foe Los Angeles Chargers in Mexico City's Estadio Azteca.

The date and time for the game will be revealed with the full NFL schedule's release this spring.
