WATCH: Wichita State sweeps Radford in round of 64

WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) -- Wichita State extended its set-streak to 32-consecutive sets won Friday night when it swept Radford in the round of 64.

Newton-native Abbie Lehman led with 14 kills, and tied Mikaela Raudsepp with 23 total attacks.

The team set another record Friday night, one of which Raudsepp was even more proud: biggest volleyball crowd at Koch Arena. 7,257 fans packed the bowl, which is one thousand more than any other volleyball game at the roundhouse.

"I made a comment to the news and media that we were going to break an attendance record tonight, so thank you Shocker Nation for coming through for us! That's huge," Raudsepp said. "I think our team loves to play and this is a season that we are never going to get back and that excitement is huge for us, especially the senior class. This is something we could never have dreamed since we were freshman and we have an opportunity here. The atmosphere is absolutely electric, it's so fun."

Wichita State faces Missouri in the Round of 32 Saturday night at 7:00.
