(WICHITA, Kan.)—
All lanes on Kellogg are reopened. Traffic westbound at Meridian was closed for a couple of hours due to an overturned semi near West Street according to police.
The accident happened just before four o'clock. No one was seriously hurt, but the accident caused major traffic delays.
Investigators have not said if weather was a factor in the crash.
