Authorities cancel Amber Alert for 7-year-old boy in Colorado

CHERAW, Colo. (KKTV/Gray News) - An Amber Alert that was initially issued Monday afternoon in Colorado for a 7-year-old boy has been canceled.
The Colorado Bureau of Investigation said the boy was found safe.
The alert was first issued at about 1:40 p.m.
Authorities originally believed the child may have been with a 26-year-old suspect.
The two were seen earlier at about 12:50 p.m. in the Cheraw area, which is north of La Junta.
Police said Colorado State Patrol found the child safe and arrested Denmon.
