Teen dies from injuries in shooting near 13th and Grove

WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) - A 15-year-old boy died from his injuries in a Dec. 13 shooting in northeast Wichita. The Wichita Police Department identified the teen as 15-year-old Gabriel Aiden Jimenez. Police confirm they are now investigating this case as a homicide.

In the early morning hours of Dec. 13, Jimenez was one of two teens injured in the shooting. A 14-year-old boy suffered a wound to his right upper leg, police said.
